This oil is for topical use and should not be taken orally. Keep away from children. Avoid contact with the eyes, sensitive areas of the body and any skin that has open skin. If irritation or redness occurs, or if you feel unwell then please stop using.

Directions:

APPLY TO CLEAN SKIN - Spray the oil on clean skin. It is particularly good to use in the morning and before bed. Applies easily over skin if moist.

GENTLY RUB IT IN - The product has a silky and oily consistency when applied. This can also be left to soak into the skin.

AFTER 30 MINUTES OF APPLICATION - After the oil has soaked in, it will leave a thin layer of salt on the skin, this can be left on moisturising the area or washed off after 30 minutes.
